Introduction

The Business Analyst for Guidewire Billing will play a crucial role in understanding Guidewire Billing Domain open issues, triaging issues with clients, testing issues, and keeping track of items in scope. They must be proficient in Guidewire Billing Functionality and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

Understand Guidewire Billing Domain open issues
Help triage issues with clients
Test the issues after SIT is complete before requesting client testing
Keep track of items in scope
Manage and resolve defects related to billing workflows, payment processing, and disbursements configurations
Maintain billing plans, payment plans, charge patterns, delinquency workflows, and business rules
Maintain detailed root cause analysis
Partner with Business Team to gather requirements, validate solutions, and obtain sign-off from business owners
Translate operational issues and enhancement requests into clear technical specifications
Provide impact assessments and effort estimates for change requests
Perform and oversee code fixes, configuration changes, code merges, and deployments
Manage scheduled batch processes and integration touchpoints

Requirements
