Description
Fully onsite role in Clearwater, FL. This role will convert over full time after 90 day trial period, where free individual benefits and a quarterly bonus plan that will enact upon conversion to full time.
We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Support Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida, on a contract with the potential for a long-term position. In this role, you will provide in-depth technical assistance to customers while leveraging your mechanical and electrical expertise to resolve issues effectively. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work within a healthcare-related environment and contribute to customer satisfaction through reliable troubleshooting and support.
Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries promptly, diagnosing and resolving technical challenges with precision.
Apply mechanical and electrical knowledge, utilizing tools such as voltmeters, to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
Maintain professionalism and de-escalate situations to ensure positive customer experiences.
Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and enhance problem-solving efforts.
Create and manage detailed documentation to support technical processes and training initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and improve technical skills continuously.
Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment as required.
Uphold teamwork and a positive attitude in all aspects of the role.
Ensure reliability and consistency in managing customer support tasks.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking.
Positive attitude and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including familiarity with voltmeters.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate situations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation is preferred.
Flexibility to embrace changing procedures and challenges.
Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment is highly desirable.
