Summary

We're partnering with an innovative robotics startup based in Woburn, Massachusetts, seeking a Product Manager for a full-time role. This position focuses on developing and scaling hardware products for the automotive industry, combining customer insights with cutting-edge technology to drive real-world impact.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will define and execute the product roadmap for emerging robotics solutions. You'll collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to bring prototypes to market and scale products that solve real dealership and automotive challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in automotive, dealership, or robotics industries
  • Proven experience guiding hardware prototype development from concept through launch and scaling for market impact
  • Strong understanding of hardware product development, including prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to understand customer needs and integrate feedback into product development
  • Experience making trade-offs between cost, performance, quality, and time to market
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making strategic product decisions
  • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns stakeholders and drives execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in product execution
