Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Onsite for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 18+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will build and scale enterprise applications across the .NET backend, JBMP workflows, Angular front end, and Spark-based data pipelines. The position requires strong experience in application development, cloud-native patterns, container orchestration, and high-quality engineering practices.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges
- Build scalable backend APIs and services using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and JBPM
- Develop intuitive, performant Angular UI components using TypeScript, RxJS, and modular architecture
- Design and enhance Spark ETL/ELT pipelines including transformations, data quality rules, and performance tuning
- Containerize applications and manage deployments on OpenShift (OCP) including build configs, routes, and scaling strategies
- Contribute to CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, YAML pipelines, and quality gates
- Optimize SQL queries, database structures, and ETL load patterns for performance and reliability
Requirements: - 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 4+ years of experience with .NET Core
- 4+ years of experience with Angular
- 4+ years of experience with MS SQL Server
- 4+ years of experience with REST API
- 4+ years of experience with Spark
- Experience writing high coverage unit tests using xUnit/NUnit for backend and Jasmine/Karma for Angular
- Experience with Kubernetes concepts such as pods, deployments, services, config maps, and secrets
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, Mediator, DI, and Repository Pattern
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Desired skills: - Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Experience with testing scripts using Playwrite and iCEDQ
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure App Service, Key Vault, and Storage
Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
