Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee the successful implementation of corporate service software solutions. This role, based in Vancouver, Washington, involves managing cross-functional technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel at driving projects forward, communicating effectively, and delivering results within set timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of software implementation projects, including defining scope, gathering requirements, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to establish clear project objectives, milestones, and expected outcomes.
Lead project teams using Microsoft tools and standard methodologies to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Analyze and resolve complex challenges, providing scalable solutions and actionable recommendations.
Offer guidance and mentorship to project team members to foster growth and achieve success.
Create and distribute regular project updates, maintain thorough documentation, and collect stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment while representing the organization with attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and practices throughout the project cycle.
Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to meet goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Certification in Project Management, Agile Scrum, or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing software projects, preferably with HR or accounting software implementations.
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS365, Teams, and OneDrive.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage teams and resolve challenges.
Familiarity with platforms like Atlassian Jira and experience working with distributed teams.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and availability during business hours.
