Contract Duration: 18 Months

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Extensive Experience: 10+ years in program management, with a strong focus on technology transformation within the financial services sector.
Executive Presence: Proven ability to communicate, present to, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
Technical Acumen: A solid background in technology, with an understanding of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
AI Expertise: A strong interest and, ideally, hands-on experience with the application of AI solutions in a financial technology context.
Credentials: A Bachelor's degree is required

Desired Skills & Experience

Consulting Background: Demonstrable experience working with or for a "Big 4" consultancy firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
MBA and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP)

What You Will Be Doing

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
Strategically engage with client personnel.
Lead Transformation Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Drive Strategy Develop comprehensive program plans, define scope and objectives, and align all activities with our core business goals.
Communicate with Impact Serve as the primary liaison for all program communications, translating complex technical details into clear, strategic insights for C-level executives.
Build & Inspire Teams Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Innovate with AI Champion the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions within our financial technology landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
