We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions for a large enterprise environment. This role requires a strong functional payroll background combined with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, integrations, testing, and production support.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions
• Manage payroll-related integrations across HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and perform root cause analysis
• Execute and support end-to-end payroll testing and UAT activities
• Analyze, document, track, and resolve defects
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, Elements, Value Sets, and payroll configurations
• Create and support HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and related Oracle Cloud tools
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions
• Support ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and optimization initiatives

<>Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with a strong focus on Payroll
• Deep expertise in:
  • Oracle Fusion Payroll
  • US Payroll Processing
  • Payroll Taxation
  • Payroll Accounting
  • Fast Formulas
  • Elements & Value Sets
• Experience with payroll testing, defect management, and production support
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data structures and tables
• Hands-on experience with:
  • HDL / HSDL
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher
  • OTBI
• Experience supporting HR-to-Payroll integrations

<>Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
• PL/SQL knowledge
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud environments
• Experience with migration or transformation projects involving HCM platforms
