Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Provide functional support and manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases across Oracle Retail Cloud applications, including Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Pricing Cloud Service (PCS), Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS), Event Planner, and related integrations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and existing system assessments. Translate business needs into functional designs, system solutions, and process improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
Coordinate functional testing, system validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities. Support Oracle Retail implementations and enhancements, including deployment readiness, issue resolution, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
Lead assigned projects or workstreams, coordinate with business and technical teams, manage priorities and deliverables, and communicate progress, risks, and escalations to engagement management. Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements, operational efficiency, and long-term transformation
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail (Retek) functional consulting, business systems analysis, application support, or implementation.
Technical Skills:
Oracle Retail (Retek), Oracle Retail Cloud, Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Pricing Cloud Service (PCS), Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS), Oracle Retail Price Management, Oracle Retail Merchandising, Event Planner, Functional Requirements Analysis, System Testing and Validation
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting retail business operations, including merchandising, retail pricing, invoice matching, product and merchandise management, and related retail business processes.
Experience providing functional support and enhancement delivery for enterprise retail platforms through incident, problem, change, and release management, business process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Experience supporting retail implementation and transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into functional solutions, coordinating testing, and validating system capabilities against business needs.
Experience collaborating with retail business stakeholders, technology teams, and engagement leadership to manage application operations, resolve business issues, prioritize enhancements, and maintain service quality across enterprise retail environments.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Expert-level functional knowledge of Oracle Retail (Retek), including Oracle Cloud Retail Price Management, Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service, and Invoice Matching Cloud Service.
Experience leading functional workstreams, managing application support engagements, coordinating implementation activities, and providing guidance to project team members.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic consulting environment.
