Summary

Requirements

6 or more years of experience in Information Systems project management and system development lifecycles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps for managing product roadmaps and sprint backlogs.
Experience with Agile and traditional hybrid methodologies including Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.
Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation for enterprise applications.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint 365 for technical resource management.
Experience in IT procurement documentation including Requests for Quotes and Invitation to Negotiate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of medium to high complexity projects using hybrid agile and traditional management practices.
Coordinate product backlog refinement, release planning, and sprint execution using automated management tools.
Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
Manage project documentation repositories and ensure compliance with established governance and oversight standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks through strategic assessment and tactical resource management techniques.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and technical project meetings to align diverse business objectives.
Oversee vendor performance and technical contract milestones within the system development lifecycle.
