Title: Training & Documentation Analyst

Position Summary
The Training & Documentation Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, operational procedures, user guides, and process documentation while supporting end-user training initiatives. This role works closely with subject matter experts, business teams, and technical staff to ensure information is accurate, organized, and communicated effectively to users. The position supports day-to-day training, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and documentation activities and focuses on content development, execution, maintenance, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, work instructions, and user documentation.
Deliver and host instructor-led, virtual, or self-paced training to end users and support staff.
Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure training and documentation content remains current and accurate.
Create and maintain process flows, reference materials, and operational documentation.
Coordinate training activities, attendance tracking, and learner communications.
Collect participant feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
Maintain documentation repositories, version control, and document organization standards.
Support audit, compliance, and operational documentation efforts by maintaining accurate and complete records.
Generate basic training and documentation reports and metrics.
Assist with identifying and resolving training or documentation-related issues.
Perform other duties as assigned and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred (Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply).
One to three years of experience in training, documentation, administrative support, business operations, or a related field.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly materials.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Developing training materials and conducting/presenting end-user training.
Creating process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids.
Supporting compliance, audit, healthcare, government, or technology-related programs.
Creating basic workflow diagrams or process maps using Visio or similar tools.
Position Level
This is an intermediate-level individual contributor position supporting training delivery, user adoption, process documentation, SOP maintenance, and audit-ready documentation. The role is not intended to be senior-level and does not own enterprise documentation strategy, training governance, or program leadership.
