responsibilities:
Experienced Infrastructure Engineering professional with 7+ years of delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across Middleware and Messaging platforms. Strong expertise in IBM MQ. Kafka and Solace ecosystems, systems administration, automation, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- 7+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience across enterprise environments (including work experience, training, education, or military background).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Middleware Messaging platforms
- IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ)
- IBM Message Broker / ACE / IIB
- Kafka
- Solace
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-level, highly available, mission-critical environments.
qualifications:
Strategic Infrastructure Leadership: Over 7 years of experience delivering and designing enterprise-scale technology solutions with a focus on high-level technical concepts and business integration.
Middleware & Messaging Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in the administration, design, and testing of IBM MQ, Kafka, and Solace ecosystems.
Complex System Design: Proven track record in developing specifications for complex infrastructure systems, managing large-scale upgrades, and implementing automated solutions to reduce recovery time.
Security & Risk Management: Expert in reviewing and analyzing cloud security, secrets management, and key rotations to ensure robust infrastructure integrity.
Agile & Collaborative Operations: Experienced in driving results within Agile development practices, utilizing Jira and ServiceNow to manage daily risk, control flows, and cross-functional collaborations.
Proactive Problem Resolution: Skilled in analyzing troublesome trends and developing long-range plans to prevent recurring technical issues and improve system stability.
