About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer / Applied AI Developer with strong hands-on development skills and a passion for building AI-powered proof-of-concepts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, research-driven environment, demonstrates excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and has a solid foundation in Python programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI-driven proof-of-concepts and prototypes.
Explore and implement cutting-edge AI capabilities, particularly large language models (LLMs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
Work with structured and unstructured data, APIs, and external services.
Maintain code quality and version control using Git in a collaborative environment.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Python (intermediate to advanced proficiency).
Ability to quickly build working proof-of-concepts.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with prompt engineering and function calling in LLMs.
Experience integrating APIs and handling structured/unstructured data.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
Prior experience with Agentic AI solutions, conversational AI chatbots, or summarization tools.
Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM frameworks.
Familiarity with Streamlit, FastAPI, or Flask for building UI/demo tools.
