Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9+ months with possible extension
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for salary planning, bonuses, and long-term incentives. The role involves leading client workshops, defining compensation guidelines, and ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and other modules.

Description:

Configure and deploy SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules (including XML configuration, worksheets, and workflows).
Conduct client workshops to gather requirements for salary planning, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
Design compensation plans including eligibility rules, budget calculations, guidelines, and lookup tables.
Ensure integration with Employee Central, Performance Management (PMGM), and payroll systems.
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.
Create and configure reward statements.
Advise clients on best practices and SuccessFactors roadmap innovations.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations.
Strong knowledge of XML configuration, formulas, and data import tools.
Experience managing end-to-end compensation cycles and variable pay programs.
Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
Strong understanding of HR compensation processes and best practices.
Experience with global, large-scale implementations.
Ability to manage complex data and calculations.
Strong project management and delivery skills.
