Role OverviewWe are seeking an entry-level SAP Procurement Support Analyst to assist with purchasing and billing activities within an SAP environment. This role will support the creation and management of purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and recurring billing, and will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain and manage quotes. This position is ideal for a candidate with schooling or early hands-on experience in SAP who is looking to build a career in procurement or operations support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the creation, processing, and maintenance of purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in SAP
- Assist with recurring billing setup and maintenance
- Obtain vendor quotes, review pricing and details for accuracy, and document quotes appropriately
- Enter and manage quotes within SAP to support PO creation and approval workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure purchasing needs are clearly defined and fulfilled
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement transactions
- Follow established procurement processes and ensure compliance with internal policies
Required Skills & Qualifications- Entry-level experience or formal coursework involving SAP (schooling, internship, or early professional experience)
- Understanding of procurement or purchasing concepts such as PRs, POs, and vendor quotes (hands-on or academic)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for accuracy
- Basic business and administrative skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn processes quickly and work in a structured environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Paulsboro, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
