JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Data Architect (Innovation & POC Lead) , Snowflake, Informatica, and Oracle
DURATION: Long term
Location: Onsite - Exton, PA

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Act as the onsite SME for Data Engineering and Data Architecture.

·        Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot initiatives for new technologies, features, and platform capabilities.

·        Stay current with emerging trends, product roadmaps, and enhancements in the data ecosystem.

·        Evaluate and recommend new solutions that improve scalability, performance, and business value.

·        Provide strategic architecture guidance and technology recommendations to stakeholders.

·        10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.

·        Strong expertise in Snowflake, Informatica, and Oracle technologies.

·        Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and integration solutions.

·        Proven ability to independently drive technical discovery, evaluations, and POCs.

·        Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

·        Good command of technology, up to date with new innovations on Snowflake (Cortex, Coco)

This role is not intended for day-to-day development activities. The primary focus is on:

·        Innovation and technology discovery

·        Proof of Concepts (POCs)

·        Pilot implementations

·        Feature evaluations

·        Architecture advisory and strategic recommendations
