Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Provider Data Management (PDM), Provider Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Healthcare Capitation to lead Agile product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize product backlogs for PDM, PLM, and Healthcare Capitation.

  • Define Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product requirements.

  • Manage provider lifecycle processes including onboarding, enrollment, credentialing, contracting, maintenance, and termination.

  • Drive Provider Data Management, data quality, and provider network initiatives.

  • Support provider assignments, capitation payments, reconciliation, and disbursement.

  • Collaborate with Provider Network, Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and Engineering teams.

  • Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and UAT.

  • Manage defects, production validation, releases, risks, and dependencies.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, and provider contracts.

  • Track KPIs related to provider data quality, lifecycle processing, payment accuracy, and reconciliation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst in Agile environments.

  • Strong Healthcare Payer / Health Plan / Managed Care experience.

  • Provider Data Management (PDM) – Primary

  • Provider Lifecycle Management (PLM) – Primary

  • Healthcare Capitation – Primary

  • Provider Network Management

  • Provider Enrollment & Credentialing

  • Provider Contracting

  • Product Backlog, Epics, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

  • UAT, Defect Management & Production Sign-off

  • Agile / Scrum / SAFe

  • Jira / Confluence

  • SQL preferred
