SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Job Description:

Senior Consultant providing AMS support for US Payroll, responsible for production support, enhancements, and compliance across SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors ECP environments, including integrations with third-party vendors.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

- Proven experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS)

- Deep knowledge of ECP configuration, integration, and maintenance

- Strong ability to design, customize, and troubleshoot schemas, PCRs, wage types, GLposting, etc. 

- Experience integrating ECP with S4, SF Employee Central, and third-party systems (benefits, time, finance)

- US Payroll expertise (mandatory):

In-depth knowledge of US payroll tax laws (federal, state, local)

Strong understanding of IRS regulations, W-2, overpayments, and garnishments

Application of FLSA rules, including overtime and exempt/non-exempt processing

Desired (Nice to Have)

- Trained and experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC)

- Experience with Workforce Software, especially time and attendance integrations.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced AMS environment while proactively escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.

- Strong risk awareness and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate impacts to payroll operations and compliance.

- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly engage with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Experience providing accurate effort estimations for payroll support activities, enhancements, and minor changes.

- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills across support, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
