Salesforce Technical Architect

Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Financial Services Cloud + Data Cloud/Data 360, with deep expertise in zero-copy data patterns and enterprise integrations via MuleSoft. Must be able to lead architecture decisions with business/product and also be hands-on for newer components (Data Cloud, OmniStudio, some Lightning Web Components). Madison, WI and/or anywhere in the Mid-West is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Solution architecture for complex enterprise programs, owning technical decision making across data, integration, and application layers.
• Partner closely with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solution options, and clearly articulate tradeoffs and recommendations.
• Design scalable architectures using out of the box capabilities, prebuilt components, and custom development based on business needs.
• Define workflow approaches by balancing configuration and development, and guide object modeling and data design.
• Architect and govern integration strategies across APIs, Data Cloud and MuleSoft, including zero copy integrations.
• Provide hands on technical leadership by contributing to development for Data Cloud components, OmniStudio implementations, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and emerging platform features.
• Support DevOps and release management practices and ensure high quality delivery across multiple projects.

Required Skills:

• Overall experience of 12 to 16 years with at least the last 5 years in a Salesforce Technical Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud Data 360.
• Proven experience delivering Data Cloud Data 360 solutions in the most recent two projects with a solid understanding of zero copy integration patterns.
• Extensive experience architecting and delivering Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft across multiple projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and to guide teams through complex architectural decisions.
• Salesforce certifications required include Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
• Has to have very strong communication, articulation capabilities.

Desired Skills:

• Experience using Copado for pipeline and release management.
• Exposure to MuleSoft certifications such as Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Integration Foundations and Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for modern Salesforce capabilities and a mindset focused on performance, scalability, and long term platform health.
