Summary
We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to support business growth. The candidate will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business performance.
Required Skills:
- Python and SQL
- Machine Learning & Statistical Analysis
- Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- A/B Testing and Customer Analytics
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- E-commerce or Retail domain experience
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop predictive models for recommendations, customer retention, and sales forecasting.
- Perform customer segmentation and marketing analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to drive data-driven decisions.
- Build dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Big Data tools.
- Knowledge of Recommendation Systems and Personalization Models.
- Experience with Generative AI or NLP is a plus.
