Description:
The Associate Service Specialist for End User Computing (EUC) serves as the primary interface for delivering end-user hardware services across the entire company. This role is instrumental in enabling our workforce with reliable, efficient, and standardized endpoint technology solutions. Working within the Service Management organization, the Specialist partners with business units, technology leads, and Enterprise IT teams to ensure exceptional service, seamless fulfillment, and continuous improvement of end user hardware offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for end user hardware services, addressing requests, issues, and escalations from employees and business units.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Service Managers to develop and support the end user computing strategy, leveraging data analytics and financial analysis to align product offerings with business objectives.
- Capture and analyze business requirements, aggregate feedback and identifying trends to inform product lifecycle decisions from evaluation and planning through deployment and retirement.
- Facilitate integration and continuous enhancement of hardware services by coordinating activities related to service rollout, updates, and end-of-life management.
- Partner with stakeholders, including Business Segment IT, vendors, suppliers, and subject matter experts, to ensure full engagement and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate technology education and awareness initiatives for employees, in partnership with Customer Success teams, to foster adoption and efficient usage of end-user hardware solutions.
- Perform program facilitation, including data analysis, service integration planning, testing, and reporting, to support effective decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Develop cost estimates, manage financial inputs, and support contract compliance and vendor management as required.
- Prepare and deliver clear communications, status updates, and presentations for a variety of stakeholders, including technical and executive audiences.
- Assist leadership with ad hoc requests and time-sensitive initiatives to maintain operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in IT product, service management, or financial analysis, ideally within a large multi-business unit or enterprise environment.
- Foundational knowledge of end user computing hardware, digital workplace technologies, and related support processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and across diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience developing project plans and leading or supporting change initiatives.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities, with proven capability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 2 years of professional or internship experience in enterprise technology, IT product management, or end user computing.
- Experience with service integration, technology roadmap planning, and the definition of technical standards.
- Familiarity with IT outsourcing contracts, vendor management, and risk analysis.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, including the capacity to synthesize complex data and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and prepare executive-level communications
