Job DetailsTechnical Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog and digital circuit solutions, including power distribution and control systems
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and support documentation
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and validation testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development and production
- Support design reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure system integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Strong understanding of power electronics, signal integrity, and embedded systems fundamentals
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative engineering environment
Preferred:
- Experience in regulated industries (defense, aerospace, industrial systems, etc.)
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and production support
- Exposure to compliance standards and environmental testing
