We are seeking a detail-oriented UI Designer (4–10 years’ experience) with a strong, specialized focus on user interface design—not generalist UX, graphic design, or development. This role centers on crafting pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces for complex B2B and embedded applications, including IoT-enabled equipment and advanced digital platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in Figma, particularly in building scalable component libraries, design systems, and delivering precise developer handoffs where specifications can be directly translated into front-end code. Portfolio submission is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Design high-fidelity, production-ready UIs for embedded systems, B2B web applications, and complex digital platforms.
Create and maintain robust Figma design systems, including components, variants, auto layout, and scalable libraries.
Deliver pixel-perfect designs with detailed specs for seamless engineering handoff.
Define UI states, edge cases, system behaviors, and interaction patterns with precision.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation and visual consistency.
Apply and extend brand standards across digital and embedded interfaces.
Participate in design reviews, clearly articulating rationale and implementation details.
Qualifications:
4–10 years of focused experience in UI Design for complex applications (preferably B2B or embedded/IoT environments).
Expert proficiency in Figma (design systems, component architecture, prototyping, auto layout).
Strong mastery of typography, spacing, grids, hierarchy, and visual precision.
Proven experience preparing developer-ready specs and supporting front-end implementation.
Experience working within structured design systems and enterprise-scale applications.
Portfolio showcasing detailed UI work for complex systems (required).
