TRN Systems Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Business Analyst to support a critical project for our client. 

Introduction:

This position is for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce system meets the needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, configurations, and business processes.
• Proven experience conducting Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) for enterprise applications.
• Experience writing functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience in enterprise production support environments.
• Migration and configuration hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
