Job Title: Sr Applications Architect / API Architect
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Architect / API Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise-level APIs and integration solutions. The candidate will be responsible for API architecture, development, and integration across enterprise applications while ensuring scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise APIs and integration solutions

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Web Services

• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and architecture teams

• Develop scalable solutions using .NET technologies

• Document API architecture, endpoints, and integration processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of IT experience with application development/architecture

• 3+ years of API design and development experience

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols

• Hands-on with Azure / Azure API Management

• Experience with Swagger, Postman

• Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), SOA

• Experience with SQL Server or DB2

Preferred:

• Experience in government or public sector projects

• Experience with API orchestration and enterprise integration

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
