Summary

 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the stabilization and troubleshooting of integrations between Workday ERP and external benefits providers. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, Workday functional/technical teams, developers, and insurance/retirement vendors to investigate data flows and resolve complex integration issues.
 
Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates preferred)
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Root-Cause Analysis: Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll data end-to-end to identify whether issues stem from source data, Workday configuration, integration logic, or provider processing.
  • Technical Artifact Review: Analyze inbound/outbound files, logs, XML/JSON, flat files, reports, and API/middleware data maps.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with benefits SMEs, technical developers, and third-party vendors to validate findings and implement fixes.
  • Documentation & Mapping: Build end-to-end data flow diagrams and document business rules, system dependencies, and resolution steps.
Top Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ Years Workday ERP Experience: In-depth understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • 3+ Years Integration Troubleshooting: Strong background analyzing HCM ERP integrations, production stabilization, and data transformations.
  • 3+ Years Benefits & Retirement Administration: Hands-on experience with retirement/pension system configurations, plan eligibility rules, and contribution processing.
  • End-to-End Problem Solving: Proven ability to trace issues across system boundaries and clearly explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
