Solution Architect Director (SAP S/4HANA PPDS Consultant)

Solution Architect Director We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PPDS Consultant to implement, support, and optimize production planning and detailed scheduling solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP PPDS solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the SAP landscape.Key Responsibilities* Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) solutions across client environments.* Implement, configure and support Production Planning and Quality management in SAP S/4HANA environment.* Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document manufacturing and production planning requirements.* Translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP PPDS solutions aligned with best practices.* Design, document, and maintain **functional and technical specifications**, process flows, and solution architecture.* Configure and customize SAP PPDS functionalities including production planning, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling.* Ensure seamless integration of PPDS with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and WM.* Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production go live activities.* Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance and system stability.* Provide end-user training, documentation, and post go live support.* Work independently as well as collaboratively within cross functional and global delivery teams.Required Qualifications* Overall 6+ experience in SAP PP / QM .* Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PPDS.* Proven experience in SAP PPDS implementation and support projects.* Proven Experience in migrating Legacy planning tools to SAP S/4HANA* Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and scheduling processes.* Solid analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
