Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to support a growing product organization focused on commercial card solutions and platform modernization initiatives. This individual will play a key role in defining product requirements, developing Agile artifacts, and partnering with technology teams to deliver strategic enhancements and platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a strong product development background and is comfortable translating business needs into actionable epics, features, and backlog items. Experience within payments, commercial cards, card processing, or platform migrations is highly desired.
Responsibilities
  • Define, document, and manage product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create and refine Agile artifacts including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery leaders to prioritize work and drive execution.
  • Support the establishment and maturation of Agile delivery practices across newly formed development teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Assist with platform implementation, migration, and transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Monitor delivery progress and help remove obstacles that may impact successful execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Development experience.
  • Strong experience creating Agile artifacts, including:
    • Epics
    • Features
    • User stories
    • Acceptance criteria
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting technology-driven product initiatives from concept through implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within commercial cards, payments, treasury management, or card processing environments.
  • Experience supporting platform migrations, system implementations, or large-scale technology transformations.
  • Knowledge of modern Agile delivery practices and two-week sprint frameworks.
  • Experience working with fintech platforms and payment ecosystems.
  • Exposure to Qolo is highly preferred.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience
