Introduction:
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and create efficient, user-friendly applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflows
- Create and customize Service Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Widgets
- Write client and server-side scripts using JavaScript
- Integrate ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and maintain Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics
- Manage Update Sets and Scoped Applications
- Implement ACLs, Security, and Role Management
- Understand and utilize the ServiceNow Data Model and Configuration Management Database (CMD)
