Summary

We are seeking a Testing Lead with strong experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) to support testing efforts for system enhancements and development initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT to ensure quality and compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate testing efforts with project leads and IT teams.

·       Create, document, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

·       Execute testing across multiple systems, track results, and support issue resolution.

·       Analyze system impacts across interconnected applications and business processes.

·       Maintain understanding of business areas, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies.

·       Participate in research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation of system changes driven by regulatory or policy updates.

·       Organize and facilitate project-related meetings as needed.

·       Document testing activities and prepare reports on findings and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

·       Hands-on experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) testing (mandatory).

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·       Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business and IT.

·       Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

·       Understanding of regulatory, policy, and procedural environments.

·       Strong documentation and reporting skills.
