Salesforce B2B Commerce Functional Consultant (FMCG) - Remote (W2/1099)

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate FMCG business requirements into Salesforce B2B Commerce configurations

Configure product catalogues, assortments, pricing, discounts, MOQs, and repeat ordering

Support end-to-end B2B Commerce flows (buyer setup, product visibility, checkout, orders)

Work with technical teams on integrations with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP (SAP/Oracle)

Support UAT, training, and business adoption

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years Salesforce experience; 3+ years in B2B Commerce Functional role

Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze / Lightning)

Strong FMCG / CPG domain knowledge (distributors, high-volume orders, pricing schemes)

Functional knowledge of products, price books, buyer groups, and order management

Experience working on ERP-integrated commerce solutions

Certifications:

Salesforce B2B Commerce or Sales Cloud Consultant certification

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Agile delivery experience and good documentation skills
