This role will be split primarily between Salesforce Administration and Scrum Master responsibilities, with additional Business Analyst duties from time to time.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, the ability to support Agile/Scrum delivery practices, and the communication skills needed to partner with Product Owners, CRM teams, developers, and business stakeholders. • Support day-to-day Salesforce application issues in partnership with developers, infrastructure teams, and other support groups while adhering to SLA standards.
  • Assist with testing activities related to enhancements, Salesforce releases, integrations, and system interfaces.
  • Drive continuous improvement across existing sales applications, CRM workflows, and business processes.
  • Support business process training for Salesforce Automation and Customer Service processes as needed.

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery

·                     Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Developers, and Business Owners to support scoping, planning, prioritization, and delivery of enhancement and change requests.
  • Help ensure sprint work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business value.
  • Remove blockers, promote accountability, and help the team deliver minimum viable products within sprint timelines.
  • Support Agile best practices and encourage continuous improvement within the delivery process.

Business Analysis

·                     Partner with the CRM Team and Product Owners to understand, refine, and document business requirements in the form of user stories.

  • Analyze business requests by asking relevant questions to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements and do not create downstream impacts.
  • Support documentation of business processes, solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and workflow improvements.
  • Assist with process mapping, problem identification, and application of best practices and standards.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements that can be understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
