Role: Agile Scrum Master (Sitecore)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong exposure to Sitecore projects to lead and support Agile teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of digital and CMS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners
Ensure smooth execution of Sitecore-based projects
Identify and remove blockers to keep the team on track
Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS projects
Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with distributed/remote teams
Good to Have:
Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
Experience in digital marketing or CMS platforms
Exposure to DevOps practices/tools
