The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAN, NAS, cloud storage, and backup strategies to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities:

Technical implementation of Storage and backup technologies (EMC, Netapp, AWS and DellAPEX)
Point of escalation with partners and suppliers for ongoing support, transitions & updates related to SGW, storage and backup technologies
Technical delivery for infrastructure components and services as they relate to storage and backup requirements and technologies
Help support BCP/DR services as they relate to storage and backup requirements.
Implement storage & backup technologies, following implementation schedule for products & tools.
Support the upgrading, patching, and maintenance of storage and backup software/ hardware.
Partner with Cyber Security to ensure effective Vulnerability management across storage and backup services at its sites and Data Centre s.
Help reduce and remove customer tech debt for backup and storage technologies.
Ensure we always remain safe and compliant.
Provide operational support as it relates to System Monitoring/Alerting , Incident Response, Troubleshooting and RCA (Problem mgmt)
Provide build services related to Capacity planning, Automation Development, Performance Optimization and System Design/Architecture
