Job Title: Zuora Revenue Specialist (RevPro) Hands-On

Location: Remote (East Coast candidates only)

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Zuora Revenue (RevPro) Specialist to stabilize, fix, and optimize revenue recognition and close processes in an existing RevPro environment. This role requires deep practical experience in rules, allocations, contracts, and revenue jobs, with the ability to personally execute remediation not just advise.

The ideal candidate has successfully rescued unstable revenue close cycles and ensured accurate, compliant revenue reporting under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Zuora Revenue (RevPro) processing and stabilization
Diagnose and resolve issues related to:

Revenue rules and allocations
Revenue contracts and contract modifications
Failed or delayed RevPro jobs
Data inconsistencies impacting revenue close

Perform hands-on remediation of revenue rules, contracts, and underlying data
Stabilize month-end / quarter-end revenue close operations
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure revenue accuracy and compliance
Support GL posting, reconciliation, and audit readiness
Document fixes and establish best practices to prevent recurrence

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro), including:

Revenue rules setup and remediation
Allocation logic and SSP handling
Revenue contract management
Revenue processing and jobs

Proven track record of stabilizing revenue processing and close operations
Deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
Experience supporting production RevPro environments

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
GL posting, reconciliation, and financial close exposure
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models
Prior experience in RevPro rescue / remediation engagements
