Role - Senior Adobe Developer

Location - Minneapolis, MN(Remote)

Job Summary

The Senior Adobe Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Orchestration (CO). The role requires strong hands-on expertise in customer journey development, audience activation, offer decisioning, and platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Configure customer audiences, segmentation rules, offers, and decisioning strategies.
• Build and maintain integrations between Adobe Experience Platform and enterprise applications.
• Develop event-based and real-time customer engagement solutions.
• Support campaign execution across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App channels.
• Participate in solution design and technical review sessions.
• Troubleshoot campaign, profile, audience qualification, and journey execution issues.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.
• Support release management and production deployments.

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of MarTech, Marketing Automation, or Digital Experience implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Knowledge of Customer Orchestration concepts and implementations.
• Experience with audience management, segmentation, and offer decisioning.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and data integrations.
• Experience working with customer data models and event-driven architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Other Requirements

• Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Adobe Experience Platform Certifications.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Real-Time CDP.
• Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
