Role: Salesforce Developer

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills in Apex, Flows, LWC, and Integrations.
Have proven ability to lead teams, engage with product owners, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:
? Min 8+ years Salesforce development experience with deep Apex, Flow, LWC, and Integration expertise.
? Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in sprints with product owners.
? Strong communication skills with experience in story demos and stakeholder engagement.
? nCino knowledge preferred to have
? Salesforce certifications (PD I/II) preferred.

Key Responsibilities
? Design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
? Build complex Apex, Flows, and LWC components, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.
? Knowledge on OWD, sharing rules, profiles & Role hierarchy.
? Overseeing complex data migrations, maintaining data integrity & designing sophisticated data models.
? Key contributor to the team by salesforce technical design & implementation & drive scalable salesforce solutions.
? Own technical solution design and integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform).
? Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to refine requirements.
? Drive sprint ceremonies, demo stories to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
? Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standards.
