Project Overview

Lead SAP Ariba Buying and S/4HANA integration initiative supporting multi-realm architecture, supplier data harmonization, and ERP transition from JD Edwards to SAP S/4HANA.

 Key Responsibilities

 SAP S/4HANA & Ariba Integration

• Configure and integrate SAP Ariba Child Realm with SAP S/4HANA via SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)

• Design and implement end-to-end P2P integration flows

• Ensure seamless data exchange between Ariba Buying and S/4HANA

• Support parallel landscape (JDE + S/4HANA environments)

 Apex & Ariba SLP Integration

• Design real-time integration between Apex Supplier Management and SAP Ariba SLP

• Maintain vendor ID cross-referencing across Apex, JDE, and S/4HANA

• Configure Extended Vendor Identification in Ariba SLP

• Ensure supplier lifecycle synchronization

 Sourcing & Contracts Cleansing

• Analyze sourcing events and contract workspaces

• Replace legacy supplier IDs with new Ariba SLP records

• Execute mass updates using Ariba migration tools

• Validate and reconcile post-migration data

 OneSource Integration

• Integrate Ariba Buying with OneSource Tax Engine

• Enable real-time tax determination for requisitions

 User & Realm Automation

• Implement automated user/group synchronization across parent and child realms

• Manage role-based access and workflow enablement

 Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years SAP experience

• 5+ years SAP Ariba implementation experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • SAP Ariba Buying

  • SAP Ariba SLP

  • SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts

  • SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)

  • SAP CPI

• Experience integrating:

  • SAP S/4HANA

  • JD Edwards

  • Supplier Management platforms

• Experience with:

  • Ariba multi-realm architecture

  • Punchout & hosted catalogs

  • Mass data migration tools

  • API-based real-time integrations

  • Tax engine integrations (OneSource preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP transition programs (JDE   S/4HANA)

• Strong understanding of procurement transformation

• Experience handling supplier master harmonization

• SAP Ariba certification preferred
