Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence within the Investment & Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and experience managing complex projects in financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, estimation, and requirement analysis activities.

• Manage and coordinate multiple project workstreams simultaneously.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence key decision-making processes.

• Drive Agile practices, lead Scrum ceremonies, and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.

• Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with business teams to define requirements and user stories.

• Oversee release planning and release management activities.

• Ensure effective communication, reporting, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

• Provide strong people management and team leadership for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management within IT or financial services.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Investment & Wealth Management domain.

• Proven experience managing teams of 10 15 members.

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading Agile ceremonies.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools.

• Extensive experience in Risk Management, Issue Management, and Release Management.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Product Management exposure is a plus.

• PMP and Scrum Master certifications are required.
