Description

This is a 6 month CTH opportunity, hybrid 4 days/week in Plymouth, WI with Friday being a remote, half day. Conversion salary $130-$140k/yr. The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading all technology-related delivery efforts for a new, highly automated Manufacturing 4.0 facility. This role owns the full lifecycle of IT and OT program execution, ensuring that enterprise systems, infrastructure, plant-floor technologies, and data platforms are delivered in alignment with engineering, construction, and plant readiness milestones. The individual will operate within a broader program structure and serve as the central point of coordination across IT, Operational Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing teams, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include developing integrated project plans, managing dependencies, aligning Agile and traditional delivery models, and ensuring seamless system integration across all technology layers. The role requires strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly complex environment while driving accountability and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. This individual will also oversee governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure successful delivery of a fully integrated, smart manufacturing facility at go-live.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
