Summary:The Business Optimization group facilitates strategic cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery of enterprise programs leveraging change management practices to drive successful business outcomes. Enterprise Data Programs is a workstream within the Business Optimization group. The Project Analyst - Data Programs will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating projects within Enterprise Data Programs and Projects, as well as analyzing, monitoring, tracking and project reporting. This role focuses on coordinating the efforts with key business stakeholders, IT, and project/program teams to ensure business objectives are met. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the Enterprise Data Program and Business Optimization management team and business leaders throughout the organization. In doing so, the candidate is expected to build and maintain lasting working relationships with all business stakeholders. This position requires all employees to exercise confidentiality where applicable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist the Manager of Enterprise Data Programs with the design and implementation of an Enterprise Data Program
- Ability to provide support to multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously within the data program
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed regarding program deliverables
- Create, manage, and track project/team documentation, including, but not limited to meeting deliverables, project plans, and
process documentation
- Analyze enterprise project data, focusing on the efficient identification of assets, and asset attributes
- Capable of developing and applying critical business acumen related to the asset hierarchy and asset data
- Responsible for creating and monitoring metrics that drive efficiency for the data team and stakeholder groups
- Creates and maintains high quality and connected data, shares the data across the enterprise
- Uses technology to improve process and drive efficiency and where possible minimize cost
Requirements:Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor's Degree, and 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior work with within the oil & gas industry would be a plus, not required.
- Experience working in a Data Program, and knowledge of enterprise processes and guidelines
- Knowledge of Master Data Management applications would be a plus

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
