Job Description:
The Applications Developer ( SQL / .NET / AI Agent Developer) should be a Arizona Resident and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex AZURE SQL databases, leading database projects, troubleshooting database performance issues, building and maintaining AI agents, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the performance and scalability of data systems by utilizing advanced SQL techniques and best practices. Maintain & Support Microsoft AZURE App services & C# .NET based applications.
Knowledge of:
- SQL Server, AZURE SQL
- Agile Development Methodology
- RESTful APIs
- .NET utilizing Visual Studio and C#
- AZURE DEVOPS
-Multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, and multiple development platforms, AI tools driven development.
-OOP concepts and UI design skills in ASP.NET.

- Microsoft Open AI framework
- Vibe coding
Skills in:
- AZURE SQL with advanced query writing and optimization techniques
- Exceptional design, coding, testing and debugging skills
- Data warehousing and ETL processes

- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Stored procedures optimization
-Solid understanding of MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and triggers
- Maintain Microsoft AZURE APP Services based applications
- AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous, multi-agent systems that solve complex business workflows, prompt engineering and simple RAG pipelines. You will build self-correcting, stateful, and tool-using AI agents that can reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate with other digital systems and humans.
Ability to:
- Quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs and platforms, evaluate and test emerging
- Work effectively
-Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
-Build strong relationships inside and outsidethe organization.
-Write technical documentation.
-Interpret and analyze test results.
-Use or maintain testing frameworks, test libraries, databases and test environments.
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of SQL, web development and analysis experience (or equivalent experience). Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in AI drive development using Copilot/Claude. Any relevant professional certifications.
