Summary
Immediate and Fully Remote opportunity for a Workforce Planning Product Owner to support and enhance an enterprise FP&A and Workforce Planning platform used by 500+ users. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Business Analysis, and Product Ownership, translating planning and forecasting needs into system enhancements, functional designs, and user-friendly solutions.
You ll partner closely with FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, facilitate UAT, and drive adoption of new features and functionality post-implementation.
*This role is Fully Remote*
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Design solution workflows, mockups, and system enhancements
- Support planning, forecasting, and headcount modeling initiatives
- Facilitate UAT sessions and write business-friendly test scripts
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to validate system functionality
- Support feature releases, enhancements, and product backlog priorities
- Drive end-user adoption, training, and support
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting FP&A and Workforce Planning functions
- Hands-on experience with planning/forecasting tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM, SAP, etc.)
- Strong requirements gathering and solution design experience
- Experience facilitating UAT and writing test scripts
- Background bridging Finance and technical teams
- Experience supporting post-implementation enhancements
Nice to Have
- Product Owner or Product delivery experience
- Experience supporting large user populations (200+ users)
- Workforce/headcount planning model exposure
