Position Summary
Client is seeking a highly motivated Analytics Manager to lead the organization''s analytics initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across business functions. In this role, the ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders, Information Technology, Data Management teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define analytics strategies, oversee business intelligence solutions, manage analytics projects, and drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the development of dashboards, reports, predictive analytics initiatives, and data governance practices while ensuring high-quality, reliable, and actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing analytics teams, enterprise reporting platforms, and cloud-based analytics solutions, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the organization''s analytics strategy and roadmap to support business objectives and operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, BI developers, and analytics professionals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks using Microsoft Power BI.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
- Partner with data engineering and AI/ML teams to integrate predictive models and AI-driven insights into business processes.
- Monitor analytics performance, data quality, and reporting effectiveness across business functions.
- Drive self-service analytics adoption by establishing best practices, standards, and user enablement programs.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-based analytics environments.
- Support data governance, master data management, and enterprise data quality initiatives.
- Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and performance scorecards to communicate business insights.
- Evaluate emerging analytics technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and data governance policies.
- Manage analytics project timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Master''s degree preferred.
- 6–8+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related disciplines.
- 2–4+ years of experience leading analytics teams or managing analytics projects.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Experience working with cloud analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the ability to collaborate with data science teams on predictive analytics initiatives.
- Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and enterprise data warehouse environments.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, business performance measurement, and executive reporting.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, or similar cloud services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python or R for analytics is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies is preferred.

- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Data Analyst Associate certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven analytics, and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with Dell Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Position 2 - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning system Analyst
Client is seeking a highly motivated System Analyst to join the Data Management team. In this role, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Information and Business Analytics team, stakeholders and subject-matter experts to build machine learning (ML) models, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, configure data pipelines to integrate models with existing software and applications, and drive innovation in alignment with the organization’s AI initiatives, as well as have experience collecting stakeholder requirements, translating requirements into an actionable plan and developing data visualizations using tools like Microsoft PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, proficiency in machine learning frameworks, data visualizing frameworks and have experience in developing ML models and AI agents using Python, as well as being familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment
Position Responsibilities
- Design, build and optimize machine learning models and configure data pipelines to source data from various business systems.
- Collaborate with functional experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and deploy models in production environments.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance and reliability.
- Work with datasets and cloud platforms to build efficient data pipelines.
- Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and incorporate relevant findings into the development process.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions and team collaborations to improve overall software quality.
- Develop and maintain reports based on stakeholders’ requirements by using Power BI application.

- Assist in the configuration and management of Dell Boomi integrations, database/system connections.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including model design, training and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, NLTK, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, JobLib, Jupyter Notebook, scikit-learn or similar.
- Knowledge of Azure subscription, Azure Machine Learning workspace and Azure App Services.
- Experience with GitHub for codes version controls.
- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with server-side security best practices and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
