Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to manage SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions with a strong focus on SAP Security, Access Control, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GRC modules while ensuring compliance and secure access management across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
  • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk remediation activities.
  • Manage SAP security roles, authorizations, and user administration using PFCG and SU01.
  • Configure and maintain Firefighter IDs and emergency access management processes.
  • Collaborate with business and audit teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Perform role design, role optimization, and access provisioning activities.
  • Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA security and GRC implementations.
  • Conduct risk analysis, mitigation controls, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot authorization and access-related issues in SAP systems.
  • Participate in audits and ensure adherence to SOX and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with BASIS, functional, and technical teams for security-related activities.
  • Prepare documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Security and authorization concepts.
  • Experience in role creation, user administration, and SoD analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA security architecture.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance processes (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • SAP GRC and/or SAP Security certification preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori security and HANA authorization concepts is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP IDM or SAP IAS/IPS is an advantage.

Experience

  • 5+ years of SAP Security/GRC experience.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP GRC implementation project.
