Imaging Field Service Engineer

Location: New Mexico (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $130,000 plus benefits

About the Company:

Our client is a respected independent service provider supporting advanced diagnostic imaging systems across hospitals and outpatient facilities. Their focus is on delivering responsive technical support, minimizing system downtime, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.

Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of CT and/or Mammography systems across New Mexico. You will respond to both scheduled and emergency service calls, ensure accurate service documentation, and act as a trusted technical resource for customers. Travel is primarily in-state, with occasional regional support as required.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing CT and/or Mammography systems
GE CT experience is preferred, not required
Fuji or Carestream mammography experience is preferred, not required
Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field
Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and service reporting tools
Familiarity with DICOM and PACS is advantageous
Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in the field
