Job Description:

Role: SAP S/4HANA QA Manager

Location: Washington DC (5 days onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Experience required: 10 years

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA QA Manager to lead quality assurance for large-scale SAP programs.
• The role involves managing end-to-end testing strategies across complex SAP implementations, with responsibility for driving quality across SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA and testing activities for large SAP S/4HANA programs, covering SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing
• Own and manage the SAP testing track, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Provide overall Quality Assurance leadership for SAP projects
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 25 FTE, including onshore and offshore resources
• Drive testing for Brownfield implementations; open to Greenfield projects as well
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test readiness, defect management, and delivery quality

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA testing and QA leadership, Customer Interaction and Requirement Collation
• Proven track record of leading large SAP program testing
• Hands-on experience managing SAP QA/Test teams
• Exposure to Brownfield SAP projects (Greenfield experience is a plus)
• Implementation type not restrictive; both Brownfield and Greenfield acceptable
