Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of IT project management experience to lead complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, project planning, and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Manage cross-functional technical and business teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
Drive Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies as required.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.

Required Skills:

15+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing large-scale and enterprise technology projects.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and resource management skills.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is a plus.

Location Requirement: Richmond, VA – Onsite
