Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, and Cloud Connectors (CCB).
Build, enhance, and support Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports.
Configure and support Workday HCM modules, including Benefits configuration, Group Insurance Benefit modules, and Group Benefits, along with Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting.
Develop and manage Business Processes (BPF), Calculated Fields, and Security configurations (role-based access).
Lead Workday upgrades, release management, feature adoption, and regression validation.
Drive implementation, enhancements, and production support, ensuring system stability and performance.
Support PeopleSoft-to-Workday data migration and third-party integrations (e.g., Taleo).
Work with XML, XSLT, APIs, SOAP/REST Web Services for system integrations and data exchange.
Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, manage work items in JIRA, and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to junior team members.
