Senior Data Engineer with UNIX and Healthcare

Location : Remote

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with UNIX to support production data pipelines for US healthcare quality reporting and analytics.

The role will act as the Onshore technical point of contact for Offshore data engineering/operations teams, ensuring reliable pipeline execution, data quality, and timely issue resolution.

Required Healthcare payer/Medicare Advantage experience/  HIPAA/ Healthcare ,  UNIX

Required Skills

·         10+ years in Data Engineer

·         2+ Years of experience in UNIX  experience.

·         Strong SQL, Python/PySpark, AWS S3, and ETL/orchestration experience.

·         Experience with Spark, Airflow/Control-M/Step Functions, and Redshift.

·         Strong production troubleshooting and data reconciliation skills.

·         Experience working with distributed/Offshore teams.
