RPA UiPath Business Analyst

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years in RPA projects using UiPath
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and benefits
• Experience in creating PDDs, process maps (e.g., Visio)
• Experience in creating features, user stories, tasks in JIRA and maintaining JIRA boards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Ability to analyze complex processes and break them down for automation feasibility
• Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath tools such as Action Center, Document Understanding, etc, is a plus (no development expected)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt to client process and provide guidance to team
